Default Leg Cramp

Does anyone else get really bad cramps in your right leg when driving for long periods of time? Ive adjusted my seat to every position I can while still being able to reach the pedals and steering wheel and it makes no difference. Ive notice that there's a bit of a hump in the floor where my heel rests and it kind of forces my leg to be in an awkward postion. Does anyone know if theres something I can do to fix this? Im a very average sized person (5'11", 155lbs, size 32 length) so I know its not that I have long or fat legs or anything.
So if anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated. My leg really hurts

What pocket is your wallet in? Try taking it out or swapping sides. I know my wallet can actually cause me lower back/leg pain depending on duration and position.

Holy crap youre a genius. I do keep my wallet in my right back pocket and I never thought of that. Ill deffinately do that from now on and see if it helps.
Whats weird is that I used to have a 2000 4Runner with narrower and stiffer seats and I never had this problem, and before anyone says anything, 3rd gen 4runner seats sit at almost the same highth from the floor.

I did a RT to Miami (about 600 mi) a few weeks ago...longest so far for me in this car, and I did notice my right leg started bothering me after a couple hours as well...& no wallet in my pocket. I am 6' 2" 250, so not sure if size matters (no jokes here LOL). The car is very comfortable IMO, but after about two+ hours, I do notice something...so it's not just you
