Can you guys show me some pics of your city light/on setup suggestions/pics on how it would look pls......btw i cant change it just by opening the hood because it a pain am thinking i have to take the headlight out i don't know

search...there are a few threads showing a couple different setups. No you dont have to remove the headlights, but it does make it easier.
IIRC you want an led with a T10 base. But search, and you will find the exact bulb size, how to remove your headlights, and find a custom city light projector mod...

I bought white bulbs for it but after a few written explanations I still can't figure out for the life of me to change them out lol. Guess I'll be taking out the entire headlight..

City lights bulb change DIY quickie
Ok guys here it is. I would have shown how to remove the headlight step by step, but to make things short, there are 2 10mm nuts behind the headlight in the fender, simply pull back the front upper section of the fender lining and wedge your hands in there and you will feel them, and then there is 1 10mm bolt holding the headlight in at the top under the hood (my tab is borken). Once you remove the headlight, the city light is easy to get to:
You can see the bolt inserts on the left side of the headlight where the 2 10mm nuts would be at.
Recessed inside is the city light just to the left of the LB bulb, on the passenger side, it will be on the right of course.
Turn it counter-clockwise to remove it, and simply pull it out.
remove old bulb, replace with T10 wedge base of your choice. As for modding the city light housing, thats up to you, I left mine stock and have no issues.
Hope this helps, sorry for the shaky pictures, I havent had my coffee yet. Also I know there might be some variations between the headlights depending on the year, these came off my 92 SC300.

I just swapped out my city lights for some white led ones. The passenger side was a breeze. The drivers side, instead of taking off the headlight, I just disconnected the battery and moved it out of the way. Use needle nose pliers to take out the connector, not alot of wiggle room. Heres some before and after pics with just the city lights on.
