Can Autostart drain battery?
I have autostart on my 92sc400 and this morning it started up fine, I let it run to warm up a bit then when I get in and press the brake pedal it shuts down, I forgot to stick my key in before hitting the pedal, anyway after it shuts off I try and start it back up and nothing!! the door chime was even straining to make a sound, just wondering what could cause this from being on one minute to straight dead the next

It would most likely be something dealing with your charging system or the battery. Remote starts don't drain the battery. If you have a volt meter, I would check the voltage at the battery. If the chime was struggling you probably have less than 10VDC at that battery. Then I would jump the car and get it running, then check the voltage again. If it reads less than 13VDC, your alternator isn't charging the battery. if it does register 13-14VDC then your battery is bad. It could also be loose connections so make sure everything is snug.
