i was re-installing my avic d3 after i had everything installed i try to start the car and i noticed that the instrument cluster was out so i took off the battery terminals and waited then replugged them. i try to start the car again and no gauge cluster. I checked all the fuses inside the car and in the engine bay for a blown fuse and all were ok.. So idk what to do know. Also when I turns the key to ACC the telescopic steering wheel can be moved but when I turn the key to ON the telescopic wheel will not move.

figured it out.. i didnt bolt down the ground for the interior wire harness.
