Unhappy 97 1uzfe limp mode issue HELP??

hey everyone im new on here and ive been searching around here quite a bit but im still unable to narrow down my problem
my car is a supra with a 97 1uzfe swaped in on a w58 manual gearbox.
the motor wiring harness and ecu all came out of the same car

the issue is that my car is running in limp mode, blowing thick black smoke out of the tailpipe, running extremely rich and seems to be ignoring input from the sensors (tps and maf) its throwing a code p0100 and every now and again it will throw p0101. now all this points me to the maf wiring as i have already replaced the maf.

im unsure how many volts are supposed to be going to the maf from the ecu but im getting 5 on the center pin and all the rest seem to be grounds or voltage readings in the .012 range.
if anyone can point me in the right direction or if anyone knows where i can get a service manual for a 97 sc400 i would be most appreciated
thank you all for you time and consideration
