Need some help with 1jz swap

ok i have a harness off a soarer im half way through connecting everything but im not sure where Some things go and which plugs go to the body near the fuse box. If you have any information that can help me please lmk.
Here are the plugs im a little confused about.

gray plug

The 2 black connectors in pic# 3 goes to the ignitor, not sure about the rest.
