yes, the intake pattern is different. Its really not worth doing in my opinion.. You can get a badass front facing intake manifold for an NA from first state motorsports. Check them out! High quality stuff

neither intake or exhaust manifolds are interchangeable.

what others are you speaking of? Stock TT exhaust manifold and intake manifold don't fit the GE head as said by cleanshots. Btw, hypertune also makes a GE manifold.. im sure a few others do aswell. And i guess if your good at welding aluminum you could cut and merge the GE flange onto the TT intake manifold.. but yeah..

What do you mean mods? The $700 one is for the intake manifold only, nothing else. You will still need fuel rail, injectors, throttle body, throttle cable, etc etc. The $1500 one comes with that stuff. Read the description on the website

I beg to differ, from experience and having a GTE plenum BOLTED to the stock GE lower runners..check my previous threads about fitting the GTE manifold(upper) on the GE lower runners. The upper GTE manifold WILL FIT the GE lower runners, but there are 2 very important things to look for/do.

#1, the GTE upper must be JDM! The GTE plenums also must NOT have the banjo fitting on the top of the plenum. If it has the banjo fitting, its the right upper/plenum and will not work.
#2, you have to do some port matching on a couple of the runners cause there is a very slight offset, but if you follow step #1, you will have 5 bolt holes that line up perfectly.

This is why the forums have a search function, so you can get and give the PROPER information. Go through my threads (some are locked, long story, but still have the info and pics to prove it) read the info, and if you have any questions feel free to PM me and I will help you along. Its a great alternative to spending $500+ on a few pieces of aluminum welded together that only cost $100 worth of materials.

Get your facts straight people before trying to say "no it cant be done", when it already has.

As for the exhaust manifold, no they dont fit, but with a bit of fabrication, Im sure it can be done, but pointless when turbo manifolds are made (and fairly inexpensive) for the GE engine.

now, I want someone else to say its not possible....and yes, thats the stock GE TB in place. you can use the GTE TB, but not sure on the differences of the TPS.

^^ haha, you sound just like me a few years back. Back when I frequented all the na-t forums, supraforums, CL, etc.. (2008) no one had thought of a JDM upper manifold on a ge lower, so sorry for giving out bad info.

But any ways, just to shoot the ****. Whats up with your home depot build? lol jk

Its cool, I know not everyone will know what members have done with their cars, but its the main reason I push the searching here on the forums...never know what you will find that has already been done when everyone says it cant.

home depot build? Im assuming your referring to the diamond plate? Lets just say I got a 6'x12' sheet of it at no charge from buddy of mine, and I put it use. mixed reviews on it, made and sold a couple more on some other forums, and still have a 6'x8' sheet left.

Or your refering to the intake hose on the turbo...that cant be bought at home depot, thats oil field pump hose and not cheap stuff..just a good alternative for clearance issues.

haha, yeah i was just messing around. Much nicer than what I have now (toyota pickup) . Lost my job and was forced to sell my supra in 2008. Though I have recently paid off all of my debt and turbo'd my quad, and with that.. a new interest in replacing my horsepower dreams. I still have a full soarer 1jzgte M/T swap thats been sitting in the garage for almost 3 years now. But yes, I have been searching the forums a LOT the past week, but NA-T isn't something that is much of an interest in my eyes any more.

Btw, i'd upgrade those injectors with that size turbo pump some power out of it!

I hear you on that one. As for the injectors, they are staying for now, simply due to still being on the stock compression and only running 9psi. But all of that will be changing soon enough, got some plans I am finally going to get out of the way soon, and as usual, I will keep CL updated.
