hey guys last night i got some hids for my fogs..i hook them up to my foglight harness and they wouldnt come on...so i ran them to the orange park light on the bumper...worked fine until i had them on for a while and smelt something burning. so this morning i disconnected them from the park lights and will worry about the hids after i fix the park lights....the rear park lights work..the front park lights arent working.i checked the buls and other fuses and everything is good...i look under the fuse panel inside the car and near the fog light relay to the right of it i see this is melted down to just the metal thats inside the black housing...

any help on how to fix that or do i have to take out the whole fuse panel and get a new one?
