Default Turn Signals and Double Din Unit

Hey guys, I'm in the process of installing my new double din Pioneer Avic x910bt Unit, and the turn signals have stopped working. I checked the fuse and it's not broken. Right now, the A/C is unplugged and the console is all open and the stock radio is still sittin in there, Do you think once I finish plugging everything back together they'll work again?
Also, I've already set up the ground wire, mic, gps receiver, and taken the console apart and everything but, the wires that go into the stock radio are like big chip pieces while the audio cables for the Pioneer unit look like AV cables and stuff. I guess this is where I'll have to let Best Buy take over.. and connect the cables. How do you think they do it..
Thanks!
