on an SC3 SC4? Im thinkin about pickin up an sc4 that needs a rear quarter. i have an sc3 shell in my driveway with a good panel so getting it isnt the hard part removal of both and reinstallion is the hard part. if anyone has done this before any info would be great, thanks

you sure you want to attempt this? it might be best to take it to a body shop that does metal work

its probably easier to swap shells than to change a rear quarter

i have dont a qp replacement on a buick that is not easy work. if u dont have the time skills and pacients and mesurements give up before u do more damaged

ya i know its a tough job i have a friend whos a good welder but other than that im about on my own. i would swap it all over to my car but i chopped all the harness's when pulling parts as i had full intentions of sending the shell to the scrap yard

DON'T DO IT. replace engine, harness, fender, door, ----not qp. 1 mistake by a body shop and you're screwed. I doubt any of the guys that did extensive work on their car would consider this.. there's probably 101 reasons.
