Anyone have HRE 546s on their SC?
I have been thinking about these rims lately. Has anyone bit the bullet and shelled out the $6k for the wheels and tires? Any pics?

I think I've found a '98- I made the guy an offer last weekend. I'm just waiting for his 'final answer,' then I'll fly out & close the deal.
I've done 546R 19x9 + 19x10... now I just need the darned car!!

ACleanSC4- The HRE 540R's and the Rezax II's are both very high quality wheels. I was considering both and ended up getting the Rezax II's because: 1. they come in 20's, 2. I was able to get a custom set with 3.5" rear lips and 3. I'm impatient and couldn't wait a few more months for the 540R's to become available in 20's for Lexus cars.
The 540R's should be available very soon in 20's (I'm not sure what size you want to run on your car). Almost no one has them and you will be able to get a 3" rear and 2" front lip. Also, they are much easier to purchase and repair since they are located in the US (San Diego) where they are custom built for your car.
The Rezax's are harder to get a hold of and repair because they are imported from Japan. Even though they have been out for awhile, not that many people in the US have them on their cars. You can also get custom reverse lips like I did or go with the DDC option which is very unique.
Anyway, sorry for the long response. It took me a long time to decide which wheels to go with (I was considering other wheels as well) so I want to provide as much info as I can to help you in your decision. In the end, you can't go wrong with either of these awesome wheels.
Good Luck!

Nice!!!
I think I would polish the centers and clearcoat but they look real nice. This helps alot. Manaray I believe those are 19s right? Do you sell them? How much can you beat Swift Racings prices by? That pic is what I have been witing for. Now I have to imagine them the way I said before on a black Zaino polished SC400

Daygo - Yeah, I had those same thoughts in mind about deciding which to get. Me and my friend had a bad experience with HRE. We ordered them and waited about a month or so and it ended up coming WITHOUT the valve stems. So we had to drive to Vista, pickup the valve stems, then head back to long beach where we had them installed. To get everything done, it was about a 10 hour job =T.
Definately, I gotta get the reverse lip in a 18x8.5 fronts & 18x10 rears. If I have enough money, i'm going 19s.
Thanks for the input Daygo & thanks for the pic Manaray.

Hermosa, sorry, I'm not a HRE Vendor...however, Peter @ Wheel Experts is (www.wheelexperts.com)...he'll hook ya up...Those are 19's BTW
The high polish finish is nice but I prefer the brused aluminum finish or a silver or grey/gunmetal finish. I like it when the lip of the wheels stand out...with a high polished center (...and chrome...especially chrome), it all sorta blends in....
ACleanSC4 - No Problem...
