The proper measurement is from where the face mounts to the bead of the tire, so your lips are 3.5".

Thank you very much, the milliuminium silver metallic wasn't my favorite but I have Grown to like it as you do not see that many with the black interior . The wheels are Rennen Blue Label concave 9.5 rear and 8.5 front on 295/40/18
