I feel safer now!!!
BTW, where do you and/or your department stand on the stupid CA requirement for front license plates??? I have had my '92 SC in our family it's whole life and the car has NEVER had a front license plate mounted on the car (and could not help but notice your car is devoid of one) and have not been bothered. I see Tesla's running around and only 1 out of 5 have a front plate since, like our SCs, the design of the front grill really has no place for one.
CA vehicle laws are fairly ludicrous compared to the rest of the country for a lot arguable reasons so it puts law enforcement agencies in a tough spot a lot of times.... Curious to hear your views (but do not get in any trouble with your department....)

i bring you...a bomb of joy and ugliness.
the joy! 97+ kit for stupid cheap. f/r bumper, foam, fogs(with 'nilla bulbs), skirts, rear lower quarter-panels and door mouldings(not on). wasn't a fan of the spoiler, so i left it.
the ugly... it's the wrong color, driver skirt has some deep scratching(from bulldozer movement at jyard?), relay wires that i made need to be tucked into harness this summer, and.....i have the ugliest rims that ever came on a stock sc ><.
i also like mud...bad habit from playing with an xterra, but it's also the base of my driveway (+ rock).
but now i have a 92...97...927...the proud owner of a porsche 927!?
a 92 with a black market plastic surgeon
i may or may not work to get this painted, the plan was to only get some 97+ skirts and a pre-97 sc4 lip. but it was cheap for the rest of the parts and well...i went for em. either way, this will keep me settled on body aesthetics till i finish the smart things like bushing, suspension, brakes (+wheels), up to snuff engine work....and my w58 could be on it's last legs.
but her she is, raze me if you must. i just couldn't stand the flat, boring, lame, flat no-skirts that the 92-96's have.
eight sc300 5speed 97+
(yes, my front tire is low. been leaking a lot, starting to think that rim might be bent someplace...or the weather has just been so random that rim is just having a panic attack.)
doug, damn nice. looking mean and scexy(are those stock sc rims?).
gis, join me in the way of skirt chasing =P. love that body color, second best to those rsp's.

In the midst of all the other crap I have to do my 8 month old starter decided to kick the bucket. Thankfully I rebuilt my OEM unit with new contacts and a new plunger so back in it goes. More proof that rebuilt starters from auto zone are not worth the trouble. Just rebuild it yourself and keep the denso motor rather than going with the cheap hecho en mexico motors.

Im about To turn 17 got this as a first car. My boss actually found it abbandon at a gas station in our small town. Not usual to find a random car abbandon. but I started working and I saw it in the fence and I really liked the car so I asked him if it belonged to somebody of corse by now you know it didn't. So I worked there for a few months and saved my money. Long story short I bought it and I love it but the guy who had it before didn't take good care of it so I have lots of work to do.

^ are you allowed to just take random cars like that?? Just because someone hasnt come to get it doesnt mean its abandoned. Surely the title is still under the previous owners name, haha
