Have a '92 SC400 with about 133K miles I want to sell. I would be interested in tips to determine the fair value of the car. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks.

Best tip would be to look up other SC's for sale and condition in comparison to yours. Interior, exterior, mechanical and records of maintenance. Any specific need you can pre-discount or prepare to negotiate down. I got my SC4 with 130k for 1.5k, prestine condition, but my friend wanted to get rid of it as he never used it. I've seen some SC400 for $15k, but 40k mileage

If it’s in good shape you could ask $6,000 and it may sell at that price or you may have to negotiate down to $5,000 or $4,500, somewhere in that range. It also depends on your location, color, and how fast you want to sell it.

Around here SC’s are rare now and that would be a reasonable price to me. Your miles are lower than most which is good. I’d recommend detailing it to maximize how much you can sell it for.
