Well, its one of those things. If it was meant to have a targa top, they would of made it an option. 
I know, I know, if you got the money you can have anything, but Lexus didn't feel the need for it in the SC.

targa top is nice looking on any car
don't know why i never really see it on sc's,
seems like more people would do it especially since it's basically the same thing as a supra
