Default Where is the powersteering filter or screen?

I have a 95 SC300 and was looking for the powersteering filter or screen so I can clean it when I flush the system.

It is the worst ****ing system IMO. In the power steering resevoir there is a screen that you cant get to. Once debree get in your gonna have to remove it and flush it but you wont ever get proper flow because they are impossible to flush properly. I hooked mine up to a tranny flushing machine and it improved it, but its not perfect.

I then went to get one from lexus and they wanted 600$ for it. It basically a metal cup with a lid. Im still looking to buy one =(

what i ended up doing is removing the whole reservoir and shake some brake clean in there. i also flushed the system and cleaned the solenoid screen in the steering rack. steering was perfect till amonth later and it gets clogged at lower rpms. im thinking of pouring some seafoam in rhe resevoir and really clean all the gunk. let me know if it works for you.
