Question Puddles of water/rear floor

I have a major problem that I hope you Lexus gurus know the solution to. The carpets behind both the driver seat and passenger seat are soaked. I removed the backseats of the car and there was puddles of water under the seats. I used a shop vac to get rid of the water, then I removed the carpets in the back and there was puddles of water under the carpets! The surface rust is starting to build. Why is there water forming in the back? I hear it can be a drainage hoses in the car that are disconnected. Does anyone know where those hoses are located. Any advise will help.
Thanks!!!

could be the sunroof drain hoses are clogged/disconnected....you'll need to remove the headliner to find out.

Ok I removed my headliner and saw the two small drainage hoses, I had a friend run water on the sun roof so I could check the leak, but the water wasn't leaking through the hoses the water was pouring out from the rear driverside corner of the sunroof, its hard to explain , but does this mean that the hose is just clogged or is there something more major to this problem?
Id appreciate a quick reply.
Thanks

remove the headliner and use compressed air from top to bottom.

make sure the drain hoses are outside and not in the trunk.

I ran new drain hoses on mine, and that fixed the problem.

(home depo got new ones for really cheap)
