Anyone know who makes aftermarket seats for the SC?

So far, I have not been able to find any seat manufacturer that makes brackets for the SC or Supra for that matter.

Are the supra brackets a direct bolt on in the SC?

Yes, I believe the SC and Supra brackets are interchangeable. There are a few older posts that mention this swap.

My only problem is that Sparco seats are a little too "sporting" for me.

My problem is hight. My head rubs the roof as it is. I don't have room for a helmet if I want to go to the track.

If you don't like sparco check out recaro. I have recaro's in my Audi S-6 and they are great seats. If you have the sparco bracket you could probably mount the recaro's on the sparco brackets.

I'm thinking of trying supra seats from a MKIV.

Gotcha-I'm 6'2" but have no sunroof in my SC300. Needless to say, I have about 2" of headroom.


I'll check out the Recaro-to-Sparco combination.
