Ive been looking at wheels alot recently and i really like the 350z/370z 5 spoke look. After doing some research i will probably end up with 40 or 45 profile tire on these. My question to everyone running these: WITHOUT any sort of spacers, what kind of modifications, if any, did you guys have to do to your fenders in order to keep them from rubbing. There is alot of posts with conflicting info out there saying that no modifications are needed and some say rolling is required. I'm in the process of looking at both of these wheels and they look similar enough that the offset and availability is whats going to direct me on which once to go with. From what i know the offset for the 350z are +30 and the 370z are +15. Please let me know if im correct on that and if you guys had to roll your fenders to prevent rubbing.
thanks guys!

I picked up some bathurst rx7 oem wheels, they have snow tires on them but ill but them on shortly and snap some pics, not to spread misinformation but i think these wheels clear LS400 95-00 Calipers and weigh in at 17 pounds each and are 16X8 I think the spec is high like 50 or 55, might not look cool but as long as its less rotational mass than my chrome 16x6.5 im sure they are like 20+ pounds.

quick dumb question. I have some BBS rims on my newly acquired 92 SC. Two of the rims need replacement. The ET on my current rims is 42 with a thin spacer out back.
I found some replacement BBS rims with a 35 ET.
Do the ET 35 rims stick out more or less than my current ET42. I'm thinking more.

here's the et35 wheels I'm thinking of buying
heres the et42 wheels I have
I just bought brand new michelin pilot skins all the way around (before I knew the rims were toast) so I'm sticking with 17" rims. The spacers on the back are 4mm. I did some rooting around in my garage and found a apir of 6 mm spacers, and a pair of 14mm spacers. the answer seems obvious. I'll stack the 4 and 6 up front and check fit.
It means some dicking around with jacking and dropping the car but whatever.

I'm not solid on BBS, but i do like the current look. What I need is an acceptable, economical 17" rim. I like the Altima rims, as well as a few others but they're all 18 and up.
I was in a rush when i bought the tires, just 1 day before leaving for a big trip.
