right underneath the rocker panels is a folded lip of sheet metal spot welded together, in it there are some notches to the front behind the front wheel and to the back in front of the rear wheel. Set your lift to grab between the notches

+1

I jacked mine up one time in the middle and it bent the metal and started to lift on the side skirt bottom. That scared me and then looked on here for all of the jack points.

Discussed in a few threads...if you typed in 'jacking points' in the search, you would have found a few pics showing exactly where...

just to add, you can also grab the frame rail just past that lip to give you more work room if you need it, its just more difficult to get a jack on them, but it helps when your using a swing arm lift like you see at dealerships since our cars seem to have an awkward distance between the points.

+1. I only use the frame rails. With the age of most of our cars the jacking points get a bit weak and begin to bend when jacking.

Mine haven't, they are VERY stiff between those notches, if you use the wrong head on your jack, then you could bend them though. You have to use a U-groove head.

How do you guys even reach the front center jack point? My car is pretty much stock and I have a hard time reaching it.

If you are talking the frame rail, its a bit difficult period, if you are talking about the lip you are supposed to use, then its not difficult at all. You are probably trying for the actual frame rail it seems, and most jacks cant fit under it while the car is on the ground

I'm asking about the center point labeled in the picture above since that is usually what I try to use. The space is limited in my garage, so I can't really use the frame rails or the indicated lip on the side to lift my car.
