Women think the SC is "cute"?
Recently, I've been getting comments from teenage girls that my car is supposedly "cute". This has been bothering me all day. Anyone else been told this? Cause I don't really feel comfortable driving a car that is supposedly cute like one of those damn beetles.

eghh there are 6 in my town, i own 2 of them, of that one is a girl, that i have talked to her, she drives it cause her boyfriend a mechanic and knows he dosnt have to do much to it.

My car has been referred to by women as follows in the 6 or so months I've owned it:
"Oh Jim, you and your sexy car"
"Yeah, Jim.. your car is pretty sweet"
Both women were in their early 20s. I could see how paint color would be a large factor in this issue though.

EDIT again - Oh yeah.. another early 20s chick has said "Is that your car?? Daaaammmmnnn"

btw if a girl says anything about your clothing, your car, really anything positive about/to you; It means she likes you.

my girlfriend said the first thing about me that caught her eye was my car. She thought it was "cute." Now being that i am an ugly guy this was very ok with me. Since than i have also gotten other remarks from women saying that my car is cute. I have always taken this as a compliment and feel very flattered. If a girl were to call you yourself cute, would you take that as a negative connotation? Hells nah.

If it is any consulation, the 92-00 SC target market segment were women. The styling was more feminine to appeal to women buyers. I would agree that off the shelf they are not agressively styled. It's easy to change that with rims and a bodykit.
Case in point, both my wife and mom loved the styling of my SC until I bastardized it with the Origin Lab kit. Now they want no part of it. That worked...
