I like the concave rims a lot more. Besides the fact you can easily upgrade your calipers, they look a lot more modern. All the new high class bmws have concave rims.

nothing like a big lip on a SC... deep dish ftw.

cuz in the end.. whether you have TE.. or other concave rims.. If a SC w/ a baller *** lip shows up, its game over, and everybody knows it

Ive run some stupidly wide and low offset rims in the past on other cars which gave the cars huge dish but i also have a soft spot for concave rims like the first pic but they have to really stick out and not be flush, thats the concave i like. I think though as long as the fitment is correct and the guards are filled out then it doesnt matter if you have concave or lip they both will look good.
