The important thing is for the small investment of $1,000, you get a great car in an SC. I'm sure it'll turn out great. Best of luck

Theres a price to pay tho. No track on Oahu any more. The salt water rusts everything. I was lucky to find my sc with so little. Everything is so expensive. 6bucks for a gallon of milk wth. Gas was at 5 bucks for premeuim thank goodness it back to the 2 dollar range. And shipping costs for parts are crazy.....I wish i lived on the mainland. lol

I understand what you're trying to get at....There are alot of things wrong with this already..... lol. I had to look at this thread just for the title... Lets just see what happens and where this thing is at after awhile. Maybe he'll have that I/C mounted and the wing on.

Wow I drove my friends bpu sc and this car was ment for the freeway. 60-140 was quick going uphill too. 140 a.c. and radio on,leather.... thats the way to go.

Update: Well I got an offer to trade my broken AE86 for a sc400.....And I took it. This car is in way better shape than my 300. I was also able to get a used set of D2 coilovers with low miles. Ill have some pics of the 400 soon.

I'm prob. gonna swap the 400 now cause I fell in love with the sunroof. lol.
Now the the thing is how much harder is it to but a 2j in the 400? What are some problems you guys ran into?

Thanks ahead of time for your info.
