apocolypse

I finally was able to swap out the window regulator...at the expense of my window tint. All was well and panels were put back and the window went up and down.
I closed the door and noticed that there is a gap on the window. It did not closed all the way up. Odd. So I brought the window down and back up. The half inch gap is still there.
I have no idea how to close this and it is seriously pissing me off.
I have researched this and I cant find it.

Did anyone encounter this problem? If so, how do you adjust the window?
