Saw the car yesterday and loved it! Just get a new front bumper. btw, the 'miata' comment on the rear bumper was funny.

I like the wheels, you just seem to be overlooking something....... It'll make it look so much better for a couple bucks. I'm assuming you bought the wheels for looks since bling is too heavy for anything else. If we're about the looks, let's slap some krylon on that thing.
i have paint at home and half of my dads friends are body and paint guys. one actually begged me to paint the car. he restores cars too. i said no since i didnt have the time to have the car out of commission. i might paint the whole thing BMW alpine white next season. DPW FTL IMHO

i bought the wheels because they fit right. being in SBC finish was a nice touch. and they are not "blinging baller wheels". these 18x10 weight in at around 21lb. still a heck lot less the narrower cheap wheels like rotas.

btw these good for nothing wheels came off of this car:

this is a track day at Gingerman

after driving on +50 all the time and being this low it gets to you. supra wheels look sunk stock and im super low.

i had to put a stock 16" 5 spoke wheel on the back with the car being this low and the wheel was so sunk in that i could almost fit a football in the wheel well.

its finally my time.

btw im buying another set of wheels hopefully. when it comes in i will decide which one to keep

sneak peek

this set is way cheaper then the current wheels too

the rear is rolled a bit. not a full roll. not needed. i will be doing a full roll in a bit. im at school right now. when i come back i will borrow a buddies fender roller.

oh i will also do a write up with pics on how to modify the front inner fenders to go super low and never rub. (requires fender removal and possibly some welding but all those problems are patty cake

Nobody said baller or blinger, just chrome. No doubt a similar set in alloy would weigh less.
