Default Removal of front seats

Does anyone know how to remove the front seats (passanger) out of the car? I need some help figuring out how to do that, I think there is something stuck in my tracks. Thanks.

Simple - unbolt 4 (I believe 12mm) bolts and disconect the wiring harness ans she's out. Using an impact wrench and the seat can be pulled in less than a minute - hand tools will take about 3-5 minutes. The bolts have a plastic snap on facia plate that a small flat head screw driv\er can pop off.

Pull out the floor mats, and there are some interior colored plastic facia plates that cover the bolts where the seat rail 'ends' at the floor mats (both front and rear). Most likely they are dirty with shoe scuff marks - Pry those off w/ a small flat head screwdriver; now is a great time to clean them while thay are off "Simply Green" works wonders on em'. All the plastic parts are just friction held on, and they snap off with a little effort.

If you can't find the bolts, picture a seat with legs on it (like a kitchen chair), but instaed of where the legs would be, there are bolts attaching it to the floor of the car.

If Keith cannot help (he did a good job of explaining), try doing a search for it. I posted how to do this a while back but don't remember the title of the thread.
