Ok, here is the response:
"I spoke with Lance, and i unfortunately will not be able to sell the
manifolds separately due to the high demand for the IS300 turbo kits and
NA-t conversions.... The manifolds which i currently have, belong to
purchased kits and the manifolds which will be arriving in the next
shipment, are for kits on Back order...
Sorry we could not help you out."
Looks like we are now limited to FMAX and SP if we want just a manifold. FMAX is supposed to be crap and SP is $2800, I think.

Just talked to Vinney at Performance Factory. They sell a tubular header and downpipe for $1600. It has provisions for an external wastegate.
We can get a group buy on those, but I need an exact number of interested people to get a price.

I'm sure Lance will work something out for a group buy, if not I can run down to Perf. Factory NYC and talk to Vinny, they're not too far, just let me know, i'm going away on business for a couple weeks, but I could probably find the time before I leave.

well what do you guys see as fair..i can talk to lance directly.....basic kit is $5500....a 1.5 is like $7000 with bigger turbo extra fuel.....then you can get a head gasket and go for more power.....how many buyers would we have...what stages?.....lets talk about it and ill see how i can help...Jeff

I want to buy a kit from toyomoto, and I would like to get it installed somewhere ( i just dont have the tools here in college to do it). Maybe I can get it cheap via a group by and have Jeff install it for me

I want just a manifold... thats the only thing from Toyomoto that I want; the rest is hugely overpriced...
$7000 for a Stage 1.5? Or is that with a lot of extra fuel items?
If we can't find a manifold being sold by itself besides the fmax manifold, then I'm screwed; because I won't waste my money on an entire kit when I can pick and choose parts and order then and come out nearly half price.
