How much would this cost to fix?
Aside from the fender what else could be wrong and how much you'll think it be costing. The reason am asking is because I'm thinking about buying this cars. Its a 92 SC400 and has 145K miles on it. Everything else about the car seems in good shape. This car has 45K less miles than mine and I kind of like the color, too. The interior is also clean, no rips on the seats, etc... My SC has fugly front seats. I though maybe I can buy this one, sell mine and put the money towards the 92. Let me know what you guys think about this. I have until Jan 31 to think about it.

I personally don't think the chassis is bent. It looks like the car hit a big a$$ pot hole, maybe a side walk. I dunno, I'll have to think about it. Maybe I can use it as a parts car if the damage is extensive. I don't plan on paying more than $700 for it. That's why I'm tempted.

doesnt seem like its too much dough, if you can get it for those 700, if not, im not so sure, but should be good for parts to help get ur SC closer to perfection, plus, you still have time to get a mech out thr to look at it

Side walks can do some serious damage. To the untrained eye, it may just look like a strut and some body work; maybe a bent rim or so. Do yourself a favor and have the car inspected by someone. Get the VIN and see if there's a thick history of problems.

I'm not concerned. I personally work on my cars and if am stock, I get my father in law to help. I figure 700 is not bad for a car that I can use as "parts car". I first though that if the damage is not so bad, I'd get it fix, but if not I can use some stuff on my SC. If I end up buying it and too much work needs to be done, I will part it out for my own purposes and sell the rest of the parts to recoup my $$. I will keep you all updated.
