DIY: Red/Clear 96-96 Tails

glad you like them man.
perhaps you noticed...but, I included the black touch up paint I used when I fixed that trim piece that fell off in transit from ebay to you or from you to my house. In the event that you wanted to do more with it, I figured it would be best to include it.
also, I don't remember if I had time to buff the outisde of the lenses like I did the inner portions. I am sure you can handle it from here. I hope they make it to your SC (or that you buys an SC for them in the event that you are SC-less at the moment).

good stuff Blizzy.... mad props on the DIY, I have '93 tails and to be honest, the '95-'96 tails are my favorite... i was thinking of getting a pair for my car... though i crashed it and I cant drive it, i was thinking of getting a set for when the car comes back, it would look much better... so i might be doing this in the mean time I can get her back, hopefully!

wow Blizzy never saw this until now
first R154 DIY swaps and now lights too
thanks for the contributions
I found this when searching for a way to open up the rear housings
I'm thinking of adding LED to the rear top section (the red part)
as mine don't light up all the way across, just near the corners

Lead Lap
I pulled my taillight out and took off the rubber strips that go around the perimeter of the housing, but it ripped in half at some point. Do I need to reapply this part when I seal the lights back up? If I do, are there other options since mine's done for? Great writeup by the way
Thanks
