It would of been a mistake to paint the car the top color entirely, it would of looked like a 74 monte carlo low rider since the paint is so bright.
Also i wanted to keep the front bumper and lower parts of the car in a simple color since this car does get driven, and raced i wanted to make sure it was something i could repaint when need be, since burn outs do **** up the paint, and rock chips/bugs are inevitable. Color matching the top paint is next to impossible since its a 3 stage paint, and you would have to get all 3 stages ecxactly the same for it to not look like a completely different color
Rear and sides are JIC, The front i stayed stock since its all about function and this car goes on trailers often enough and anything lower than the stock front bumper and it will be a hassle.
