Need power sterring pump prices!!
#2
I think I might be in same situation soon. I detected some leaks on the pavement. I think its steering fluid leaking. Some previous post suggest www.PartsAmerica.Com for rebuilt pumps. I visually inspected the fluid reservoir and where tubes lead to and can't find the leak. Where should I look for any obvious sign of leaking? I understand steering fluid leak could cause bigger damage it it gets into alternator. If this is the case, is steering fluid leak visible by looking at the alternator from the hood or is it something that only can be inspected by taking the alternator apart?

Hey guys,
Go with new p/s pump. Check sc400.com or Ganz Toyota? Search the archives...there has been some talk about seal kits but you need the factory service manual to do the job.

sell P/S pump for $150 rebuilt. I changed mine two months ago, now the alternator giving me problem too. Better shop for a alternator.
