The odometer is probably on the mileage trip (A or B) setting.

Yes, that what happened, make sure TripA or TripB is NOT display on your left. It has to say ODO.

but if your odometer really started over at 0..........damn you're lucky......or you could be if you wanted to take advantage of that. The resale value on your car would double or triple....well unless your honest.....but what's the fun in that..........just kidding.....that's weird though...........Adam

I know........ if that's true what happened to it, I will go and drain out my battery until it dies !!!!!!!!!! and I won't say a word !!!!!

How come I never get that lucky? I've changed the battery once before, but it didn't happen to me!

What's the procedure to set the odometer back to 0? Can you provide the step-by-step procedure on how to set it back to 0?
