Window Tint Pics
Yo,
So, I have a white pearl 95 sc400 with not mods...yet. I am looking to get my windows tinted, but I am not sure with what tint to go for. I live in Cali where any tint over 70% for the front windows is illegal, but I have heard that you can usually get away with up to 35%. Anyway I would like to stay within the legal limit so i don't have to worry about cops.
Could y'all post some pictures of tint jobs that you think look nice with all the vital info.
I am especially interested in blended tints like 70%front, 35 rear, 20 back, or something like that.
Any posts will help.
Thanks.

Cali its 70% for the driver and passenger door
any windows in the back can be as dark as you want.. just think about the hazards of it being it TOO dark though..
technically you can tint below 70% for the driver and passenger.. its just as long as the cop can see you with ur window up and it will be fine..
if ur going for a really dark one.. just be ready to drive ur car with ur window down at night ;] just incase the cops pull u over..

HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN CALIFORNIA?
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In California, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.
Windshield
Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 4 inches of the windshield.
Front Side Windows
Must allow more than 70% of light in.
Back Side Windows
Any darkness can be used.
Rear Window
Any darkness can be used.

Does anyone have any pictures of a smooth tint on an sc, that you think looks good, and is still legal, or close to it?
