call 1800 new glas (Executive Glass) They did an excellent job and bill directly through your insurance.
So does 1 800 54 GIANT (Giant Glass).
I like to replace my windshields every few years. The pits in the glass lead to horrible light refraction, and when facing the sun it is just plain dangerous to drive.
