Default AEM Plug-n-Play ECU for SC300 - Who wants to help...

Ok. I've been talking with Jason as AEM about their ECU. They have designed one that works on the Supra NA. Well the plugs on that cars ECU are the same as the plugs for our car. A majority of the wires also are the same, and I'm guessing they are all the same.

They will not sell it guaranteed to work on the SC300 until they can test it. They're looking at many months to do this on their own. If there is someone on here in the Hawtnorne (L.A. Cali) area that's willing to lets AEM borrow your SC300 for a couple days, they will give you a discount on the purchase of the ECU.

This would allow it to be tested and guaranteed to work very soon so anyone wanting a standalone system could get it! This will use all of your factory sensors, unlike the Haltech that needs its own sensors for most things.

So who here is willing to drop their car off at AEM for a few days? I would....but L.A. is just a "little" far of a drive from Miami.

Check your mail. I replied to the AEM guy, and carboned you. Go ahead and shoot him an e-mail and see if we can get the process rolling.

A stock car is what's needed. That way they can make the basic fuel maps for our cars...
