Default 97 conversion differences...

Okay, with a potential 97 conversion BG coming up, I want to get some information. I know the 97 has a bit more aggressive look than earlier models, yet I can't put my finger on it . Anyone have any before and after conversion pics or maybe some side by side comparisons? And how long/hard is it to install a full conversion? Any advice welcomed.

go to autotrader, fleabay, etc. and look up a 1997 SCx00. Then compare pics with your car.

Installation = no more than 1 hr. for me

^^^what he said. Basically Front bumper is lower has upper grill and has round fog lights. 97 and up have side skirts along with bigger door mouldings and rear bumper is lower.

The color differences on this conversion in progress help to highlight what's been put on:

Also, search "97 conversion" on this folder and you'll get a lot of info.

are you guys serious? its only an hour for all of it? i have all mine right here, and im wondering where im going to snap all the clips in on the car. the sides and door modings are making me think i might have to drill a bit, but do i? this was the only thing i was worried about. i guess they could just go in the holes that are already there from the old stuff huh?
