Default D.I.Y. - pre 97 lip to fit a 97+ bumper

Hope you like it...

You'll need;
Dremel tool
Sheet of Aluminum 6"x6"
Rivets
Rivet tool
12 nuts, washers and bolts
Bondo
Somekind of Plastic weld
Sand paper

Time frame;
2 days

1) Cut the pre 97 lip in half. When it's in 2 pieces, fit and drill the hole on your 97+ bumper (there are 12 holes that do not come with screws, so I just lined it up and drilled my 97+ bumper and installed some nuts, washers and bolts I got from home depot)

2) When you got the two pieces installed and lined up, cut a piece of aluminum sheet to connect the two pieces (you will have to sorta mold it to fit.

3) Rivet the aluminum piece to the two pieces

4) Remove from the bumper and you can begin the Bondo process. ( I sorta rushed it so, I think I'm gonna do it again)

5) I got it professionally painted and here are the results...I sorta rushed it, so when I get better pics, I'll update it.

thank you, now SC owners don't have an excuse to buy those disgusting knock off bumpers anymore, this is clean, simple and cheap.
