It's inevitable that lip makes contact with something harder than itself which would cause it to flex. How will the paint and bondo hold up at that point?

Actually I would be. I've wanted to build one for so long. I just haven't found a good site that has info, especially for our cars. I want to mount it in the factory location. But anywho. I guess that's for another thread.
And that lip is the hotness. Better looking than the Vertex lip for sure. Thumbs up to you for a great DIY
