So I wanted to update the look of my front brakes, so I bought some caliper decals from ebay and some paint. It was a 15 minute per side job, all I did was hose down the caliper some brake cleaner to clean off all dirt, then used some flat black high temp engine paint along with some regular clear coat.
What I did was 1st was apply the black paint, waited for it to dry, then I applied the sticker, THEN I put some heavy coats of clear on top of the decal and the caliper. That way the sticker would be glued in by the clear coat so that I wont have to worry about it falling off, so if you were to run your finger accord the caliper you can barely feel the sticker on there. What do you guys think?
