Hi, I've just picked up a 92 SC400, 82K miles. I am delighted!
First order of business is figuring out a moisture/rust problem in the trunk. Amp is rusted and probably fried, and there is a fair amount of rust under the spare. Smelly, too. I think that the sunroof drain may be clogged; I will check it this weekend and work on rust remediation.
I also need to replace the passenger's inside door handle and clean up the interior. Audio system needs to be replaced or repaired. Other than a detailing job, the vehicle seems otherwise fine and ready to go!
Car was a gift from my brother. My five year old and I drove it from SF to LA the other day and had a blast the whole way down.
Regards,

Thank you! Cool place you have here
O.L.T., I've got in-laws over in Sevierville. Beautiful country out there; perfect for a pleasant afternoon spin!

Welcome to CL. The drive from SF to LA is pretty boring, but being
in the SC makes it much more enjoyable. You can really tell the
car was designed more for highway cruising.
