Leatherseats.com should still be selling kits and Katzkin should be as well. I used Katzkin though an upholstery shop three years ago on my MKIV seats. Both of them sell leather kits for 1992-2000 SC300's and SC400's but I believe you have to order them through one of the many upholstery shops that make up their distribution network. You can look up color and style selections online through both companies however.

Cheaper than leatherseats.com and has gotten good reviews by a few forum members who have tried them out.

Always weird to see a thread I posted in over 10 years ago brought back to life. I'm getting old...

I was part of the Leatherseats.com Group Buy in 2004. The leather has hardened but not torn. I replaced the plastic stiffener with an Aluminum piece on the Driver's Bolster. I did the passenger side first and struggled taking it apart. Then I found if I raise the lower part and align a hole with a bolt I could remove a bolt; you have to do this before removing the seat-take off the side cover. I never used the $100 armrest covers. I spray painted them. The color is still holding. I never installed the head rest covers.
If I had to do it again, I would buy 100% Leather. LeatherSeats.com only used a tiny bit of leather in the back seat. I had to transfer parts from my old seats to install the heating elements.
I should have ordered Perforated inserts. I also wished I had ordered new bottom foam cushions from Lexus. I read that 1998+ models had a softer foam.

You should be able to specify whether or not you want 100% leather on all surfaces when making a custom order. It just costs more and takes a little more time.
