Default Hello all! New 92 SC400 here..

Good evening, all! I just bought a 92 SC400 ,162k miles - Royal Jade, Spruce interior. Man, I really love this car. One owner, in Fla. (no rust), a doctor no less- and has kept meticulous record of EVRYTHING the car has had done to it, including oil changes, timing belt replacement at 120k, power steering pump replaced.. replaced alternator shortly after power steering..all good. Drives great, great great. Here are a few pics:

..The dogs like it too!

The interior is in great shape for the year, the seats are nearly perfect, no headliner problems, some wear on the driver's side window control module and armrest.. The radio is in good condition ( but Fm channels are weak) and I have the dreaded climate control LCD problem (dammit) and the rear hatch won't stay up.. but overall runs like a top, and with a little rubbing compound and elbow grease will make the paint SHINE, although it's still pretty good..

4 grand, Bought it with my tax return. Looking forward to being part of the community!!

Chunk that steering wheel cover.

Welcome to the forum, you'll enjoy the car.

Is there something going on near the drivers door and the rear quarter? I just want to see if I am seeing things.

The dogs are cool.

YES! Neglected to mention there is a small door ding on the edge of the door- apprently the son of the guy hit the door (door was open) while trying to back out of the garage. Bent in slightly.. Not too bad, really.. a buddy of mine is a body man and said he could fix it no problem- it doesn't cause any issues tho. I'll likely just wait until i can afford to get it painted before i worry about it..

Good eye!

LOL, I love that everyone here REALLY pays attention to the details!

The Electra Glide is my father's, I have a tricked out Sportster in the garage..Screamin Eagle everything- striaght bars, blah blah blah.

The Doc was asking 5 grand, BUt I practically begged him to take the 4 g's in cash I was holding.. That's how much I love the car.. Seriously, I have never owned a car quite like this- you can really feel the potential the first time you drive it..

Yes, so far I've noticed that I look at the car as I walk away... There are so many cool looking whips here- I don't know where to start modding first!!

Default If you want to keep that leather perfect...

...the first thing I'd mod are doggie's toenails.
