I'm not sure about this, but on the info sticker on the driver side door jam, your SC will have it's very own number. I'm just not sure if it is out of that specific year or what. It should be "No.XXX" on the sticker. Enjoy!

I may be wrong, but my SC is No. 418 of 793 for 1995....

I could be wrong, not sure.

Mine is a 96 SC400 #374 on the door sticker not the door jamb.
Now if these numbers are linear to production dates it may tell us more.
Lets try numbers with production dates to see if they are sequential and valid.

#374 is build date January 1996

Another thought is if these cars are individually numbered and sequential with build date then starting a registry would be simplified.

I find it odd that they don't have more information available. The truck I had before you could look up your exact truck and options to see how many exact copies there were of it.

How do you find out how many of your color combination were made in that year? For example, I have a black on black 2000. How many Black Onyx with black interiors were produced that year? (I'm sure there weren't that many because I rarely see them...mostly white/tan and silver/black).

Thanks for posting this chart, made me realize how lucky I am to have my 98 SC400...furthermore this chart made me realize how fortunate I was to have a 93 Pearl white SC300 5speed..I was totally oblivious to how rare of a Lexus it was..IF I HAD KNOWN, I would have never parted with it!

Waite! SC were sold without Sunroofs? I am a car guy and have been around Lexus's since they were released and I have never seen a SC without a Sunroof
