New Wheels... gimme your .02 **56K Beware**
EDIT: Before the moderators think of moving this, I thought the thread would be more appropriate in this section because these opinions and feedback would come from SC owners directly If you feel it should be moved still.... I guess do as you must.
Alright. I broke down and bought some wheels I "thought" might look decent on the car. It's going to be on my pearl white '93 SC.
I was going to get tires very soon, but now I have an unplanned vacation to Daytona Beach for Spring Break So the tires are going to have to hold off for a while. Anyhow, here are the pictures of the wheels I took today. They are just sitting waiting for the spring time to come around when the salt is all off the roads anyhow...
Opinions opinions...
They are:
SSW/SSR/D-Racing D5R's
18x9 +37 offset for the front
18x10 +37 offset for the Rear
These are just shots of the rear. I was quite disappointed with the amount of dish/lip in the rear. I should have another inch or so There's only about 2.6543543247746436 inches there but I guess they are the Low disk ones. I guess I have the disk sizing all messed up and don't even know what to get for max dish.
Think they'll look right on an SC?

How much did they set you back?

Heh, stupid vacations... I can't get tires on them 'til I get back from vacation and save some money up. They set me back a good chunk but I have connections that make things work so I got them for a decent affordable chunk of change.

These are more inexpensive, but I hope they don't become the next GT-C. The GT-C is on everyone and their mom's cars. I like the GT-C's but I thought their spoke was too "fat" so I was looking around and found these which were slimmer. I just hope they look decent.
