Ive searched the web, searched the forums and looks like I am batting zero.

I want to purchase a relatively thin cloth seat cover or even terrycloth just to protect the ivory colored leather seats.
I dont want sheepskin or neoprene, , the sheepskin typically stinks when it gets wet .

Is there a pattern I can purchase to handmake them, or pre-made cloth covers from a source you are aware of?

The dealer. I just saw some for $35 each at Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills. I'm sure most dealers carry them, call around and see. or try fleabay, I just saw some on there for $60. Good luck.
