and noticed that it was pointed down a little bit. i mean, it's not like one is pointing up and other is pointing somewhere else..... the custom brackets itself is a direct fit to the mounting bolts which made adjustments so easy. heck, i only adjusted about less than 5mm going up on the projectors in order to get the perfect height/level of the light output. when i did this, i parked approximately 20 feet from the wall.
very easy to do!!!....no hassle!!!
also, my other way of checking my light output is this:
when driving next to a car at night (duh, of course at night), check to see if the cut off line of yr lights
if it passes the side door windows of the cars next to you. it's hard to describe but just check
the other car's side door while driving next to it and see where ur cut off line sits..........either
below the window or above the window. you can also use the car's side mouldings as a guide as well.
well to make this short, if the cut off line passes or shines the driver's face, it might be too high and need
to be adjusted. if not, then you can leave it or adjust a little higher.
hope that helps................

template for backing plate.
Hey indy, what program did you use for that plate? I know that I am entering into this thread way late, but I work in a machine shop and could cut those out in spare time.
also, did you use a CAD program to plot the points? or free hand?
Thanks.
Josh
