Hi I need some information on Canadian Sc400's...does anyone know if Canadian Sc400's come in the 97+ body style...i have researched and have not seen any....and whether or not if they come with the newer v8 engine with vvt-i?..that produces 290 hp or so?

yes they do....

everything is exactly like the us spec sc's.

i have seen a few 97+ scs for sale around vancouver.

To what I know there were very few 97 SC400s made... they were sold in Canada though, probably under 200, more like under 100. 96 was basically the last year, this is just what the dealer told me. The only thing is that it wasn't till 98 till they put the vvt-i and 5spd into the car. 99 got a few more goodies and 2000 are basically the same as 99. I am not sure if you can bring 98+ to Canada though. You could of course get a good condition SC and update the body.
