Where did you put your gauges in your turbo SC?

Thanks for the pics Supra Dr. - that looks absolutely stunning. With an OLT white gauge conversion it would look factory to anyone unfamilliar with SC's. Love the Defi gauges, though I am partial to having a boost gauge that reads in PSI.
Where did you get the plexi-glass, and is there any particular method you used to "mold" it (i.e., heat gun and a baseball bat to shape it)?

you just know & don't even think about it.
Heat gun while holding a Corona worked for me. 3 tries, the plexi shrinks
a little when heated.

Hey guys, im thinking about installing a shift light inside the center climate vents. Is this even possible? Im trying to make my electronics setup as stealth as possible, and think that would be a good spot for it.
I wanted to wrap it in some sort of insulation, and cover the inside of the vent with foil of some sort to magnify the light. I havent seen what the inside of the vents look like, so I have no idea if its possible.

Why insulation? Are you worried about the shift light becoming too hot or cold? I'm sure the electronics can withstand whatever the A/C system can throw out at it.
I haven't pulled out the center vents either, but, painting the inside of the center vent silver is a better idea than using foil IMO.
However, I wouldn't do either. A shift light hidden just slightly behind the center vent grille would be more stealth and just as functional in a black duct than a silver one. The silver inside the duct would stick out like a soar thumb.

Holy crap Memphis, that's pretty ugly. I'm glad you're being firm with them though and telling them it's unacceptable. Most people would just let it slide, and that's how crappy work like that KEEPS getting done.
Let's see those glovebox pics to see if they've redeemed themselves a bit there.

What a tool.
Rip that bezel out and hand it to the guy. Tell him you want to return it because it's defective.
If he doesn't refund your money, do the cc cancel and then see that other shop.
