Ok..
Here are the best times

R/T - .334
60' - 2.468
330 - 6.483
1/8 - 9.646
MPH - 78.17
1000 - 12.359
1/4 - 14.644

I dunno if i should be happy about these times.

redlight

Mid 14s sounds about right for 250HP to the wheels on an auto tranny in such a big car.

Might be able to drop a tenth or so off your 60' for .1-.2 better ET.

And yeah... foul!

For a TT i would not be happy seeing anything slower than low 14's. the high 14's dont do much for me considering its a TT. JMO

Dimcorner,
If your Soarer's stock then those times aren't too shabby! But I've heard if you can get a 60ft time of less than 2 seconds then you're up for a good run?

yes is a stock stall converter
it was my first time EVER on a drag track (more of a autox type personally)
i think the soarer can go quicker, i just don't know how to make it shoot of the line.

This is what i do...
Hit brake and accelerator until 2800rpm
let go of brack and ease into accelerator

The problem is that is like about a full .5 seconds or so before you REALLY feel the pull.
Dunno if the tranny is letting it slip too much or not. Kinda hard to explain.

Dim,

Red lights, you mean on the christmas tree (where you stage)? It means he fouled (I dunno what you guys call it in the US sorry hehe ), I think it happpens if you jump the gun before the stage lights reach down to the amber/green lights.

I've tried to find the right stall point but I can never find it, I tried at about 2300RPM and it bogs down, I've tried at 2800RPM and the wheel tramp is just huge, billowing smoke and rear end slides out
