I'm cleaning out my stash of used RX parts. I have the cup holder with the flip lid from the center console of a RX350. Part Number is: 55630-0E030-B1. Everything works but the dark brown wood insert has a scratch. You can swap out yours, (I've done it before) to keep the same wood grain. It's a little tricky but it can be done. If you prefer, I could even send video of it functioning.
